[1653] Raymund and his wife were murdered. http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~cousin/html/p72.htm offers: "Ramón Berenguer II 'Cabeza de Estopa', conde de Barcelona was known as Cap d'Estopa, 'towhead,' from the thickness and colour of his hair. Ramón Berenguer II 'Cabeza de Estopa', conde de Barcelona also went by the name of Ramon Berenguer 'the Towhead' of Barcelona. He was born circa 1053. He was the son of Ramón Berenguer I 'el Viejo', conde de Barcelona and Adelmodie de la Marche. He succeeded his father to the county of Barcelona, to co-rule with his brother, in 1076. Count of Barcelona in Catalonia, between 1076 and 1082. He married Maud de Hauteville, daughter of Robert 'Guiscard', duc d' Apulia and Sichelgaita of Salerno, in 1078; Her 1st. She went on to remarry Almaric II of Narbonne, who died on Crusade in the East. He died on 5 December 1082 in a forest en route to Gerona, Catalonia, Spain. Murdered by his twin (or half-) brother, and co-ruler, Berenguer Ramon II. His brother was thereafter known as 'The Fratricide.' The brother reigned on alone until 1097, when, having lost a trial by combat that was intended to decide the question of his guilt in the crime attributed to him, he went on crusade to Jerusalem, where he died, probably in either 1097 or 1099.1 Ramón Berenguer II 'Cabeza de Estopa', conde de Barcelona was buried in the Cathedral, Girona, Catalonia, Spain. The red bars on a yellow background, the arms of Catalonia, are already found on his Romanesque tomb."

[116] Catharine is not named among Andrew's children [each with surname spelled Heffer] receiving a distribution as his estate is settled 10 July 1797 - she had by then married Jacob D. Moyer, apparently the Jacob Moyer whose debt (incurred by a payment for a previous settlement) is discharged by a payment at the final settlement. Catharine and husband Jacob Myer [sic] are named in a release of her mother's property to Catharine's brother-in-law, John Dauberman (husband of Mary Haffer), 16 May 1803 (recorded 25 Oct 1803)[Northumberland Co. probate file BlcM, p. 258].

[11047]
He was also as Ferdinand IV king of Naples (1759-1806, 1815-25), and as Ferdinand III, king of Sicily (1806-15). In 1759 Ferdinand became king of Naples. He ruled for eight years under the regency of his father's chief minister Bernardo Tanucci (1698-1783). In 1768 he married the daughter of Maria Theresa, empress of Austria, and replaced Tanucci with John Francis Edward Acton (1736-1811), an Englishman. Influenced by his wife and by Acton, Ferdinand allied Naples
with the coalition opposing France in the French Revolution and the Napoleonic Wars. The French captured Naples in 1799 and there set up the Parthenopean Republic. Ferdinand found refuge in Palermo, Sicily, until an army under Cardinal Fabrizio Ruffo (1744-1827) recovered Naples later that year. Ferdinand's return was marked by mass executions of Neapolitans who had sided with the French. In 1806 he fled once more to Sicily before the advance of Joseph Bonaparte, who had been made king of Naples by his brother, Napoleon, and who captured Naples soon thereafter. Ferdinand's authority was limited to Sicily from 1806 until 1815; his reign was unpopular, and for a time (1812) his son acted for him as regent. Ferdinand returned to Naples after Napoleon's overthrow in 1815. The following year, against the will of most of his subjects, he reconstituted the kingdom of the Two Sicilies along autocratic lines with the aid of Austria. He was succeeded by his son, Francis I.
