[5399] Samuel was a farmer, first mentioned in 1707 as a witness to Joanna Potts selling drinks. He resided at Berwick, Maine in 1739 and married ca. 1711 Mary Potts; their children are Zebulon (b. 17 June 1712), Hatevil (9 Dec 1714), Joannah (15 June 1717), Samuel, Mary (9 Sept 1722), Ichabod (ca. 1725) and Hannah (ca. 1726); Zebulon d. 30 April 1786 at Lebanon, ME; he m. ca. 1738 Mary Tibbetts (1718-1803, dau. of Samuel and Judith).
