He married Mary Linn in 1831. They had 12 children in 37 years. He died on September 12, 1871, in his hometown at the age of 65. Mary Linn was born on June 10, 1810. . . . She died on December 8, 1875, at the age of 65. [Was his father really age 66 when Harmon was born?]
