This site also states that he and Margaret had: (1)Thomas I de Poynings (b. ca. 1299, d. 10 Oct 1339, m. ca. 1317 Agnes de Rokesley (b. ca. 1299, d. by 22 Dec 1346), daughter of Richard de Rokesley and Joan de Criol); (2) Michael "Le Uncle" Poynings (b. ca. 1300, d. 30 March 1347 in Beams Manor, Berkshire); (3) Margery de Poynings (b. ca. 1302, m. John de Delton (b. ca. 1319) and also (perhaps her first) ca. 1336 m. Edmund Bacon (b. ca. 1301, son of John Bacon and Alice).
