[39599] This person is known from and detailed in "The NEHG Register, Spring, 2015 - Vol. 169", pp.121 ff. - p. 126 offers: "Joseph Whitcomb (Jonathan 3-2, John 1) was born by say 1692, and died apparently in Stow before 16 January 1738/9. He was married by 3 June 1714 (birth of first known child) to Elizabeth Wheeler. She was born in Stow 7 December 1687, daughter of James and Sarah (Randall) Wheeler, and was living in Lancaster 21 March 1727/8, when her last child was born. Nothing indicates that she survived Joseph or that she acted as the guardian of her younger children."
