Find A Grave memorial 8692214 states she is Anne Mary "Mary" Clemens and offers: "Though widely recognized as the daughter of Anna / Anneli Reiff and Gerhart / Gerhard Clemens, there is no definite proof as to Mary's surname. The Bergey family history list her as daughter of Gerhard Clemens but there seems to be no indication of this in the Clemens history. She is not listed on the Clemens Memorial stone at the Salford Cemetery nor is a daughter listed on the emigration lists. . . "

After terminating his employment with the railroad, he was appointed Conservation Officer (Game Warden)for Madison, Lafayette & Taylor Counties. In his retirement years,he raised livestock on Cooey Island near the mouth of the Fenholloway River. He and his family left a remarkable legacy that continues to be well remembered by all whose lives they touched."
