Mr. Witwer was an accountant with Smith & Oby Co. He was a graduate of North Hill School and Akron University in Akron. He was a Mason, a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and was in the Army in World War II, and was a bowler and gardener. He is survived by his wife, Mary (nee Bedrosian); daughter Karen Barnes; grandchildren, Lisa, Donald and Craig; sister Lois Rook; and brother, Larry Witwer." Frank served in the military during World War II.
