[3860] Siegbert III was banished to an Irish monastery by Pepin of Landen. He ends the French Merovingian House; reigned 639-54 (or per "The Lives of the Kings and Queens of France" by Duc de Castries, 638-56). His wife was Immachilde. His brother Clovis was King of Neustria and Burgundy. At this point the era of administration of the Mayors of the Palace begins. See account in 2003 at http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/06238a.htm on the Internet. Cf. http://mapage.noos.fr/anosteo/Merovingiens01.html. http://www.robertsewell.ca/merovech.html states "St. Sigebert adopted the following child: Childebert, King of Austrasia who was a son of Grimoald and a grandson of Pépin the Old of Landen who was Mayor of the Palace of Austrasia in 623 and a counsellor of Dagobert (I), King of Austrasia."

"Master" William Bourne was appointed Canon of St. Paul's Church, London, 13-Aug-1553, and was also Bishop of Bath. {- "The Bourne Genealogy," Helen Bourne Joy Lee [Chester, CT: Pequot Press, 1972]); "The Visitation of Essex, 1634", Publications of the Harleian Society, Vol. 13, Part 1, 1878, pp. 354-55. The Visitation lists eight children of William and Margaret: William, Robert, John, Richard, James, Dorathey, Elizabeth and Margery.} William Bourne is "of Bobbingworth," co. Essex.
Diocesan records of Bath do not list a William Bourne as Bishop in the sixteenth century, but list a Gilbert Bourne (son of Philip Bourne of Worcestershire) as Bishop from 1554 to 1560 (see British Dictionary of National Biography) - he is said to be the last Roman Catholic Bishop of Bath and prior to this was indeed a prebendary of St. Paul's in London. In 2003 the unverified Web site at http://www.uftree.com/UFT/WebPages/SusanThompson/HOWLAND/d0/i0005809.htm#i5809 gives his birth as 1527 at Bobbingworth, Essex, and his death as 29 April 1591.
The official record of Bishop Gilbert Bourne: "Congé d'élire 13 March 1554 (C.P.R. 1553-4 p. 6; Cal. Wells 11 277). Royal assent to el. 28 March (C.P.R. 1553-4 p. 7). Cons. 1 Apr. by bps. of London, Winchester and Durham (Canterbury cath. libr., Reg. N f. 38). Temps. 20 Apr. (C.P.R. 1553-4 p. 8). Papal conf. 6 July (Hierarchia Catholica, ed. C. Eubel and others (Münster, 1913-68) 111 130). Depriv. 18 Oct. 1559/11 Jan. 1560 (Foedera, ed. T. Rymer (The Hague, 1735-45) vi iv 86; Cal. Wells 11 281-2)." - From: British History Online; Source: Bishops. Fasti Ecclesiae Anglicanae 1541-1857: volume 5, Joyce M. Horn & Derrick Sherwin Bailey (1979). [3376] Florent I was Count of Holland and Zealand, and Lord of Friezland in 1026. See http://fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/HOLLAND.htm http://www.geerts.com/holland/holland-2.htm offers: "Floris, like his predecessors, was hard-fighting and tenacious He gradually recovered possession of his ancestral lands. He found a formidable adversary in the able and warlike, William, who, become bishop of Utrecht in 1054, was determined to recover the lost possessions of his see; and in I058, in alliance with Hanno, archbishop of Cologne, Egbert, margrave of Brandenburg, the bishop of Liege and others, invaded the Frisian territory. At first success attended the invaders and many places fell into their hands, but finally they were surprised and defeated near Dordrecht. The Counts of Guelders and Louvain were among the prisoners that fell into the hands of Floris. The attack was renewed in 1061. In a battle at Nederbemert Floris met with his death in the hour of victory. He is said to have been killed as, wearied with pursuing, he lay asleep under a tree."
[7792] http://worldroots.com/brigitte/famous/b/beatrizspainanc1909.htm states that Franz is son of Benno Leopold Ignatius Lafontaine (b.17 June 1731 Biberach; d. 8 February 1777 Biberach; m. 25 November 1753 Biberach) and Maria Katharina Franziska Leonhardt (b. 5 October 1725 Biberach).
