He was born in Grove City, Pa. on August 24, 1954, son of the late and Delores M. and Charles O. Heslop, Jr. Randy was a 1972 graduate of Harbor Creek High School. He was employed at Uniflow Manufacturing and then Haysite Reinforced Plastics. Randy enjoyed doing garage sales and was an auctioneer for Townhall Auction. He also enjoyed hunting, history, trains, and especially being a family man, traveling and camping with his family. He attended worship at both Praise Cathedral and St. James R.C. Church. Randy was a member of the East Erie Moose and St. Joseph's Clubs. Randy is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Tyzinski Heslop; one daughter, Sharon Alloway (husband, Michael); two sons, Jason Heslop (fiancée, Maggie Dorman) and Joe Heslop (wife, Sharon); one sister, Vickie Forsythe (husband, Roger); one brother, Kevin Heslop (wife, Marie); two grandchildren, Hunter and Owen; and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Melissa, and an infant sister."
