The 1910 federal census of Cass Twp., Richland Co., OH lists Garland in his sister's household as "servant' - his sister Flossie is daughter-in-law to the head of household Adam H. Weiser (age 57) whose wife is Barbara (age 58) - also in the household is Adam's son Otto H. (age 31).
