[929] Nicholas was of Butlers Parish, Brixton, and was buried 08 Oct 1613 in Brixton, Devonshire, and his widow Joan (b. ca. 1559) was buried 05 Feb 1615 in Brixton; they married ca. 1579 in Brixton, Devonshire. For this family, see "One Hundred and Sixty Allied Families," John Osborne Austin (Baltimore: Genealolgical Pub. Co., 1982), p. 69, which reports; "It is held with much confidence by many persons, that this ancestor was a descendant of that Richard Coffin who came to England at the time of the Norman conquest, and who was the founder of the ancient family now seated at Portledge. The names of the proprietors of Portledge have been Richard, John, WIlliam and David; but with the name of Richard predominating in the continuous line of names preserved since 1254. ...In looking for the origin of this family in Normandy, it has been found that the old chateau of Courtiton, a few miles from Fallaise, was once the home of the Norman Coffins...."

Katie Wisniewskis unverified family tree in 2018 in Ancestry.com offers: When William P Hudak was born in 1906, his father, Stephen, was 25 and his mother, Anna, was 21. . . . . He died in 1982 in Washington, District of Columbia, at the age of 76. Kathryn C Klemo was born on May 13, 1907. She had one daughter with William P Hudak in 1937. She died on November 27, 2003, in Lutherville, Maryland, at the age of 96."

Anna Maria is daughter of Alexander Schaeffer, founder of Schaefferstown, PA; she is buried with Christopher in the villlage where they were pioneer settlers, Campbelltown. Christopher is perhaps the one of this name, son of Heinrich Meyer, b. 20 Oct 1736, bapt. 19 Nov 1736 by the Rev. John Casper Stoever (pioneer Lutheran pastor, although the Heinrich Meyer family were of the Reformed Church persuasion). His sons moved to Centre Co., PA. He served as a soldier in the War for Independence.
