Find A Grave memorial 128613982 offers: "The Mayors of Norwich, 1403-1835," by Basil Cozens-Hardy and Ernest Kent
Records the following information about Christopher Baret, page 79: "Christopher Baret was sheriff in 1615 and mayor in 1634, and was chosen deputy mayor in 1647, when John Utting was imprisoned for his Royalist sympathies. He (Christopher) was born in 1562 and was the son of William Baret of Westhall, Suffolk, by his second wife, Margaret Pettishaw. By trade he was a grocer, having been apprenticed by his stepfather in London. He acquired Suckling House from John Suckling in 1595, and he lived there for several years. Norris records that on the porch of this house were initials C B and the date 1634. He married at St Peter Mancroft (Norwich), Elizabeth, daughter of Allen Clark of Hemmingstone, Lincolnshire. He died "very ancient" in 1649 and his wife in 1660-1, and they were both buried in St Andrews (Norwich)". This memorial states Christopher is son of Gent. William Barrett (1513-1565) & Margaret Pettingale (1524-1576).

[7565] Andrew married (2) 2 Apr 1906 Maud E. Vaughn (1876-1950, buried in Riverview Cemetery, Huntingdon, PA). Andrew graduated B.A. at Gettysburg College in 1893 and from Gettysburg Seminary in 1896 (awarded D.D. in 1924). He was ordained by the Western PA Lutheran Synod in 1895 and pastored until his death. His obituary in the Altoona Tribune offers: "Rev. Rudisill died of pneumonia after a week's illness. He was 59, and was born at Gettysburg, and had attended the schools of that place, Gettysburg Academy and Gettysburg college. Upon graduating he was accepted into the ministry at Mt. Carmel where he married Miss Dora May Briner who died in 1904. A son to this marriage, Donald Everett Rudisill of Lewistown, survives together with his second wife, Mrs. Maud Vaughn Rudisill. Rev. Rudisill also had pastorates at Berlin, Johnstown and has been here since 1917. He received his degree of doctor of divinity from Gettysburg college in 1924. He was prominent in the work of his church, serving twice as president of the synod, on the examining board of the Lutheran seminaries and colleges and for 10 years a delegate to church conferences. In addition to his widow and son, a brother, Franklin Rudisill of Gettysburg, two sisters, Mrs. Reuben Swartz of Gettysburg, and Miss Vertie Rudisill, of Hanover, also survive. He was a member of the Masonic fraternity and of the I. O. O. F. Three nephews of Dr. Rudisill are in the ministry, Stewart Rudisill of Elizabeth, N. J., Benton Rudisill and Jacob Rudisill of Philadelphia."
