[24338] Christina Straub reports that David m. 2 June 1887 Annie L. Bower (b. 6 Feb 1868 in Saville Twp., Perry Co., PA) and that they had Arthur L. Kell and Henry A. Kell, and that David "lived in Ickesburg, Perry Co., PA where he ran a confectionery and tobacco store. In 1891 he sold and assumed duties as postmaster. He was appointed by President Harrison; resigned under President Cleveland. Elected justice of the peace in 1895 for a five year term." She states Annie is daughter of Solomon Edward Bowers (b. 20 July 1843 in Jackson Twp., Perry Co., PA) and Catharine J. Barnes. Christina's information has not been verified.
