She was born in Bangor, August 24, 1953, the daughter of Elmer Russell and Elma May (Cole) Lowell. Brenda worked in the banking business for 45 years, which included: Liberty Bank, Depositors Bank, Key Bank, CN Bank, and BHBT. While working at the banks, she volunteered for community events and parades, including the Bucksport Chamber of Commerce for the Bucksport Day events. After retiring, she continued her community service thru volunteering for Friends in Action, driving people to their appointments. She enjoyed gardening and reading. Brenda was a devoted member of Weight Watchers. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Donald 'Don'; devoted son, Jeffrey Condon and wife, Katie, all of Brooksville; parents of No. Penobscot; sisters, Claudia Smith and husband, Winfield, of No. Penobscot and Freida Peasley and partner, Gerry Nevells, of Brooksville; brother, Homer Lowell and wife, Megan, of No. Penobscot; sister-in-law, Helen Condon of Cape Rosier; her special canine friend, Taffy; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Earle and Natalie Condon; and brother-in-law, James Peasley Jr."
