[Case on the Part of Sir Hugh Hume Campbell of Marchmont, Baronet, in relation to the Claim of Francis Douglas Home, Esquire, to the Titles, Honours and Dignities of Earl of Marchmont, Viscount of Blazonberry, Lord Polwart of Polwart, Reidbraes and Greenlaw. Presented to the Lords in 1843. Printed by Spottiswoode and Robertson, Westminster; pp. 76, with chart.] Sir George, 2nd. Bart. sold half the estate of Polwarth to Sir Patrick Home, afterwards Earl of Marchmont, for 9000 merks. Died before 1715.
