[51713] "Bangor Daily News [Bangor, Maine], 8 Octber 2022": "Bucksport - On Monday, October 3, 2022, Ronald Leroy Hutchinson, 72, beloved Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle and friend passed away in Bangor, after a brief illness surrounded by his loved ones. Born in Castine, to Archibald and Eva May (Dutcher) Hutchinson, Ron grew up in Stonington. He had a long and varied career that included fishing, proudly serving his country in Vietnam as a Marine, driving delivery vehicles and working at The Jackson Laboratory. He particularly enjoyed the last job of his working career as a school bus driver. Ron was predeceased by both parents; brothers, Raymond and Archie Jr.; sisters, Margaret, Charlotte and Alfreda May; and great-grandsons, Alex and Joey. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Gail; and children, Michelle, Scott, Keith, Jerri, Conni and Steve. He is also survived by sisters, Rose, Lila and Judy; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Ron was an outstanding photographer, proudly sharing his work with everyone. His favorite subjects were sunrises and sunsets, flowers, lighthouses, and, of course, his family. He loved all types of fishing, western novels, watching old movies and he especially loved spending time with family and friends. He was an extremely loving and dedicated man who gave his all to everything he did. Everyone who knew Ron felt his big heart and giving nature. He will be missed by many and remembered by all who were touched by his gentle soul."
