He was born August 26, 1956, in Bangor, Maine, to Eugene and Dorothy Young. Larry was predeceased by his wife of 42 years, Christine M. Young. He is survived by his three children: his son, Timothy and his two children, Samantha and Mason; his daughter, Jennifer Cimino and her husband, Jack, and their daughter, Emma; and his daughter, Chelsea Carlow and her husband, David. Larry graduated from Searsport High School and after marrying his wife in 1975, and they built a life in Winterport. He was a hardworking man that provided for his family and made wonderful memories and friends at the Bucksport Mill and the junkyard. After losing his first love in 2017 he was fortunate to find love again in Deborah Norris and shared many happy memories with her and their two dogs, Duska and RBG. He will forever be remembered as a kindhearted, generous man of his word and the world is better because of him."
