Morgrage, 87, a resident of St. Luke Apartments, Oswego, passed away, Wednesday, February 11th, 2009 at the Oswego Hospital. Born in Pembroke, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Calvin H. and Minnie B. (Leighton) Morgan. Inez graduated from Brewer High School in 1938 and graduated from Husson College in Bangor, Maine in 1940. She was a member of Phi Rho Zeta Sorority. Mrs. Morgrage was a resident of Brunswick, Maine before moving to Oswego in 1971. She was employed as a Teletype Operator with Alcan for 7 u years before retiring in 1985 and was the church secretary for First United Methodist Church for 3 years and a member of its choir. Inez was active with the Girl Scouts, P.T.A and the RSVP. She received the Community Service Award for Pet Therapy Program in 1990. Surviving are her daughters Pamela J. Meyer of Gurnee, Illinois and Shari L. Scovill of Yba City, California. Two grandaughters, Tascha Scovill and Quiana Scovill."
