[28250] "A Portrait and biographical record of Allen and Van Wert Counties, Ohio" (1896) offers: "Ida Bucher, wife of Mr. Moore, was born July 25, 1865. Her father, Peter Bucher, was born in Dauphin county, Pa., July 3, 1801, and was of German ancestry. He was reared on a farm and followed agricultural pursuits until his death, which occurred July 24, 1880. He married Miss Lighter, of Richland county, Ohio, by whom he had eight children, viz: Amos, Eliza, John, Harriet, Henry, Joseph, Mary and one that died in infancy. Mary and Harriet married and have since died. All those who are living are also married. The mother of these children died in 1843, and in 1852 Mr. Bucher married Miss. Sophia Fiddler, of Adams county, Pa., by whom he had nine children, viz: Samuel L., Margaret, Albert F., Lydia C., Adeline A., Oliver J., Alice S., Ida C., and Angeline A. Only three of these children are living, viz: Albert F., Lydia C., and Ida C., and all are married. The mother of these children died in Van Wert, Oho, in 1886. She was of German descent and a member of the German Reform church." For Peter's baptism, see Nevin Moyer and Earle W. Lingle, "Records of Wenrich's Reformed Church (now St. Thomas United Church of Christ), Lower Paxton Township. Cemetery Records; Baptisms, 1791-1938" (Dauphin County Church Records, Vol. 8. Repository: Pennsylvania State Library, Genealogy Room, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.).

See "Descendants of Arthur Ingraham," compiled by Donna Ingraham Wernberg (found on the web in 2016) which reports Richard arrived in MA in 1639 and offers: "From Salem, Massachusetts, Richard went to Marblehead, Massachusetts. By 1645, he had moved to the new village of Rehoboth,
Massachusetts and married Elizabeth Wignall [b. 1610], child of Alexander Wignall. Richard will make another move, this to Northampton, Massachusetts, among rolling hills, ponds, wood and the Connecticut River. His position in town and interest in education is evident as we know he paid 2 shillings to a subscription taken up for the benefit of Harvard College 1672/1673. He is the only one of 70 contributors who paid cash. Therefore, he must of had money of his own. He married Jean Rockwell Baker, a widow from Winsor, Connecticut. He died in Northampton, Massachusett in 1683, about the age of 83 years. I believe Richard was a Puritan, not a Pilgrim, thus the reason for his moving. The village of Hadley Massachusetts was a settlement of Puritans and the Ingram/Ingrahams shall remain here for another 150 years - some even longer. Richard s/o Sir Arthur of Barrowby Hall came to America 1628. [- Boston transcript of 2/8/41, Mildred Lsyzdek, 320 Terra Ceia Dr., Palmetto, FL 33561, 1/22/1987}. Also see Find A Grave memorial 92893444.
