[23666] http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/9210/HALEY.htm offers: "Andrew was a fisherman at the Isles of Shoals at an early date and was called the 'King of the Shoals'. In 1662 with Thomas Donnell he bought the Edward Johnson homestead in York from John Pearce and sold his half in 1684 when he was living at Spruce Creek. In 1667 Mr. Robert Elliot paid his fine for swearing and blasphemy. Andrew had been swearing blasphemously many desperate oaths, for which he was reproved by Robert Mendum who was one of the grand jury. Andrew swore 'again, very desperately, several oaths and said he would put the said Mendum in his pocket.' Gowen Wilson gave Andrew 11 acres of his lot on Brians Point on Spruce Creek as a marriage dowry 2 June 1684. The inventory of Andrew's estate (Adm. 2 Dec. 1697) came to £107/3/11."
