He was a reporter for the J. P Bass Publication Co., and was married to Georgia Y. Palmer of the same address. Medium height and slight build. Gray eyes and brown hair. (12-2-6 C, No. 1302)

1930 Census Dexter, Maine ED 37 Georgia Y. Palmer head of household, married at 21; Donald P; Roscoe G. He married Georgia Young, married 28 Jul 1903 in Maine, b. 1881 in of Eden, Maine, d. AFT 1930. Georgia: Mrs. Georgia Y. Palmer lived on Lowell Street in Portland, Maine from at least 1947 through 1955 (Portland City Directories). In 1954 she was named a Christian Science Practitioner.

Note that there was also a Donald S. Palmer who lived in So. Portland. He married Ella P. Unknown, married 1928, b. 1910 in Canada.
