Ober, a Baltimore resident who was active in several groups, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Andrew's Church, 6515 Loch Raven boulevard. Mrs. Ober died yesterday at Union Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. She was 79. Born in Boston, the former Charlotte Moseley was a graduate of the Windsor School. She came to Baltimore and settled in Guilford in 1934 after her marriage to J. Hambleton Ober. Mr. Ober died in 1965. Mrs. Ober served on the board of managers of Union Memorial Hospital and was on the Women's Board of Kernan Hospital. She was a member of the Mount Vernon Club. Mrs. Ober is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Charles Goodwin, of Baltimore, two grandsons and two granddaughters."
