A Dressler genealogy site on the Internet is found in January, 2000 at http://genforum.genealogy.com/dressler. An unverified posting in One World Tree on Ancestry.com in 2006 states that Johann Jacob is son of Hans Michael Dressler (b. in Aug 1646 in Neckartenzlinger, Wurttemberg, d. 8 Jan 1730 in Massenbach, Wurttemberg) and his wife Anna Catherine Mueller (b. in July 1648 in Germany, d. 13 Sept 1712 in Massenbach, m. 18 Nov 1673 in Massenback); and offers that Hans Michael Dressler is son of Jochin Dressler (b. 1608, d. 16 Oct 1672 in Massenbach) and Ursula Dorothea _____ (d. 14 Oct 1678 in Massenbach).
