He attended Washington University in St. Louis, and later graduated from the St. Louis School of Dentistry in June of 1928. E.T. married Wilma May Voliva in Oxford, Indiana on August 23, 1930. Together they had three children: Pat (1931- ), Kate Mullen (1935- ), and Marjorie Moore (1937- ). E.T. passed away at 81 years of age on May 29, 1987 after a long bout with cancer." "Journal and Courier [Lafayette, Indiana], 31 May 1987," p. 28: "Dr. Everett T. Donahue, 81, a long-time Lafayette dentist, died at 9:30 a.m. Friday in St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center. He had been ill six months and a patient, this time, for 10 days. Dr. Donahue, affectionately known by many of his friends as 'E.T.', had practiced in Lafayette since his graduation from St. Louis School of Dentistry in 1928, and he was on the staff of St. Elizabeth Hospital for many years.
