"The Ellsworth American [Ellsworth, ME], 1 December 2021": "Milbridge - Sunday, Nov. 28, Heaven gained another angel as Linda (Tibbetts) Beal left her earthly journey and walked into the arms of her heavenly father after a 25-year-long battle with cancer. Linda was born April 21, 1949, to Gerald and Evelyn Tibbetts. Linda grew up in Milbridge and worked and resided there her entire life. Linda married Barney Beal and together they raised Ricky and Toby in a home filled with love and laughter.
Linda is survived by sons Ricky Dorr and his wife, Tammy, Toby Beal and his wife, Tara, and stepdaughter Samantha Floyd. She leaves behind grandchildren/great-grandchildren Dustin, Devin, Gabby, Jakob, Teya, Trevor, Taavi, Venna, Treysen and Tiger. She is also survived by sister Sharon Trapp and brother Jerry Tibbetts and his wife, Nancy. Also surviving her are her Beal brothers and sisters - Jeff and Sandy; Leland and Lynda; Ann and Clifford; Anita and Paul and Tammy and Stephen. She leaves a huge void in the heart of her friend since childhood, Janet Thurston. Linda is survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She will be missed by her Wyman Blueberry work family and her church family at Faith Community Fellowship. Linda was predeceased by her beloved husband, Barney, and her parents. We take peace knowing the reunion they had as they met Linda on her arrival to Heavens gate. The family would like to extend a huge thank you to all the staff at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Mass., who for the last 20 years have made it possible for her to spend so much time and create so many memories with her family by leaving no treatment or stone unturned."
