[31572] See "Pioneers of Massachusetts - 1620-1650," Charles Henry Pope (Boston: New England Historic Genealogical Society, 2013), p. 131. Find A Grave Memorial 36859591 offers: "Born about 1599 (aged 36 in 1635 [Hotten 108]; deposed about 4 April 1660 "aged sixty years;" deposed 25 June 1661 "60 years or thereabouts;" d. 27 November 1685 aged "about 86"). Died in Charlestown 27 November 1685 "about 86" or 28 November 1685 (from inventory). (By 4 November 1685, Barnabas Davis could no longer sign his name, or even make his mark, and wife Patience made her mark rather than sign, although they must have been deemed mentally competent to alienate land on that date.) Married in Tewksbury, Gloucester, 1 July 1628 Patience James. She was baptized at Tewksbury 20 October 1603, daughter of John and Elizabeth James, and died at Charlestown 15 November 1690, aged 87 years. On 13 July 1635, "Barnabie Davies," aged 36, was enrolled at London for passage to New England on the Blessing. (Immediately following his name was that of "Suzan Daves" or "Danes," aged 16. It has been suggested that she was a relative, for which see her sketch.) Barnabas Davis made several Atlantic crossings between 1635 and 1640 in the employ of the brothers William and John Woodcock. This business arrangement resulted in a lengthy legal entanglement, which provides us what information we have on this period of the life of Barnabas Davis."

[59191] Find A Grave memorial 189347890 offers: "Nathaniel was the son of James Huckins of Straight Bay and Fanny Robinson born in Steuben and grandson of the Nathaniel an early settler of Lubec, then Eastport. Nathaniel went at an early age to Milbridge either with Taft Huckins or a year or two earlier. He met and married Nancy Brown, the daughter of Simon Smith Brown annd Isabella Strout of Milbridge on Sept 29, 1837. Nathaniel was a farmer. He and Nancy had children, Simon Brown blacksmith of Milbridge who married Jennie Morrison of Harrington and later Clarissa (Fickett) Morrison, Sarah M., Mary Jane who died young, Mary Jane 'Jennie' who married Benjamin Grace of Harrington, James Brown Huckins who died young, and perhaps other born in Milbridge. Nathaniel suffered a shock at the age of 60 yrs and 9 months and died a short time later. He and Nancy were buried on family property in Milbridge with their children. The first husband of Simon's second wife is also buried there. No stone has been found for Nathaniel or Nancy. They are likely two of the three unmarked graves found in the 1979 survey,"
