[51422] "The Ellsworth American [Ellsworth, Maine], 31 August 2015": "Deer Isle - Paul L. Greenlaw, 68, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Deer Isle on Friday, Aug. 28, 2015. He was born in Castine on Feb. 25, 1947, the son of Reginald and Genice (Noyes) Greenlaw. Paul worked in many occupations. He lived with Jack and Audrey Hamblen and worked at Redmans Chevrolet in Stamford, Conn., in 1966. He moved back to Deer Isle in 1967 and worked for Deer Island Granite in the cutting shed. One of the jobs he worked on was the Kennedy Memorial. He drove a truck for Clyde Conary and the Stonington co-op hauling lobsters to Massachusetts, New York and New Jersey. He also went seining with Alston Robbins on the f/v Duchess. In 1970, he joined his father running R.L. Greenlaw and son in Stonington. After his fathers retirement, he became owner and operator of the business. In recent years, one of his greatest joys was lobstering out of the Stonington lobster co-op with his captain and great friend Archie Pickering. He is survived by his wife of nearly 50 years, Judith; a daughter, Patricia Boutilier, and her husband, Michael, of Sunset; a son, Dr. Paul Greenlaw, and his wife, Heather, of New Bern, N.C.; four special grandchildren, Douglas and Sarah Boutilier, and Hadley and Hayden Greenlaw; his dear sister-in-law and bookkeeper of 36 years, Evelyn Siebert; stepsister and brother, Vicki Pope and Jeff Welcome; cousins Pam Steele, Skip Greenlaw and Susan Pluhar. His best friend, Jack Custer, and good friends Don Colson, Richard Eaton, Richard Parke, Ted Boyce, Gerry Donovan, Gerry Sytsema and Dave Gilbert. He was predeceased by his parents, his stepfather, Victor Welcome, and his brother Bruce. He will be greatly missed by his cat Belle and all of the many other cats that he rescued over the years."

[5326] http://www.bartleby.com/65/wo/WoodvilE.html states: "Woodville, Elizabeth - 1437-92, queen consort of Edward IV of England. She was the daughter of Richard Woodville (later the 1st Earl Rivers). Her first husband, Sir John Grey, was killed fighting on the Lancastrian side at the battle of St. Albans (1461) in the Wars of the Roses. By him she had two sons, Thomas, 1st marquess of Dorset, and Richard. Edward IV married her in secret in 1464, partly because the powerful Richard Neville, earl of Warwick, had other marriage plans for him and partly because of Elizabeths Lancastrian connections. The marriage was soon made public, however, and Elizabeths large family received numerous royal favors. At the death (1483) of Edward IV, Richard, duke of Gloucester (later Richard III), seized custody of the young Edward V, Elizabeths eldest son by the late king, and destroyed the power of the Woodvilles (Elizabeths brother the 2d Earl Rivers and son Richard Grey were executed). The queen mother again took sanctuary in Westminster and soon surrendered her second son by Edward, Richard, duke of York, to Gloucester. He then placed both boys in the Tower of London and declared them illegitimate, asserting that Elizabeths marriage to Edward was voided by a precontract of marriage on Edwards part. (The boys were subsequently murdered.) After Henry VII seized the throne from Richard, he married (1486) Elizabeths eldest daughter, who was also named Elizabeth."
