He was retired from the Pennsylvania Public School Building Authority and was a member of Derry Presbyterian Church in Hershey. His wife, Anna Belle, died Feb. 24, 1982. He is survived by daughters Barbara Ann Beard, Mt. Gretna, and H. Louise Brown, Langhorne; and seven grandchildren."

Willey, 84, died Tuesday morning at a local hospital after a brief illness. He was bom at Palmyra June 24, 1877, son of Orrin and Helen (Raynes) Willey. He had been a resident here for the past five years, where he had made his home with a 'nephew', Perley Spencer. He had lived most of his life in Troy where he was engaged in farming. Survivors include two sons, Almon of Farmington and Harvey Willey of Hartland; a daughter, Mrs. Arlene Hamm of Hartland; a sister, Mrs. May Emery of Bangor; and several nieces and nephews."
