He was born in Frankfort Jan. 24, 1893 the son of Wesley and Leila (Snow) Perkins. He was a veteran of World War I. He is survived by a son, Herbert Perkins with the U.S. Army in Vietnam; three sisters, Mrs. Christine Otis of Bangor, Miss Alice and Ruth Perkins of Frankfort; several nieces, nephews, and cousins."
[43470] Find A Grave memorial 41954070 offers: "Children: Hannah Stone Bent, John Stone Jr, Daniel Stone, David Stone, Mary Stone Hunt Fox, Elizabeth Stone Stow, Margaret Stone Brown Foster, Tabitha Stone Rice, Sarah Stone Hill Jones, and Nathaniel Stone. The wife of John Stone was Ann, probably (according to most recent information from NEHGS and The American Genealogist 71:86), the Anne Rogers, baptized 14 May 1615 at Boxted, Co. Essex, who was the daughter of Barnaby Rogers and Mary Wells Rogers of Boxted. The same authors HAD listed her as Anne Treadway in The American Genealogist Vol 70, but later re-thought that in favor of the more likely origin of Anne in the Rogers family."
