[54904] Eva's obituary: "Bangor - Eva (Griffin) Morrison, 103, passed quietly into the hands of her Lord Dec. 16, 2010, surrounded by her family. Eva was born Nov. 27, 1907, in Levant, the daughter of Harry C. and Sara (Johnston) Griffin. She moved to Bangor at an early age, where she attended school and graduated from Bangor High School. She married Raymond Morrison in October 1934, and set down a long path of raising her six children. Her children were blessed with a mother who was devoted to her family. She was always there to read a story, do crafty activities, help with the dreaded homework, patch up a skinned knee or care for new grandbabies that came along later. She loved to sew, garden and made the best hermits ever! Eva is survived by her children, Hugh and wife, Eda, Bruce and wife, Mary, David, Nancy Hodgkins and husband, James, and Roberta DeLuck and husband, Donald; grandchildren, Deborah, Eric, Laurel, Kimberly, Scott, Kendi, Jennifer, Michael, Heather, Ashley and Danielle; great-grandchildren, Laurel, Erik, Jordan, Trevor, Kayla, Brendon, Emma, Griffin, Angela, Josephine, Madeleine, Jayden and Abby; and a great-great-grandchild, Erika. She had many adventures and "good eats" with her special friend, Kay DeLuck. Eva was predeceased by her parents, Harry and Sara; siblings, Emma Griffin, Earl Griffin and Edna Norton; her husband, Raymond; her daughter, Elizabeth Ozmon; and her granddaughter, Angela Ozmon. The family thanks her caregivers, Stacey, Marcia and Sarah for the care that they provided Eva while she was still able to remain in her home."
