"Ancestors of Paul Bailey McBride" at http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~pmcbride/rfc/gw24.htm gives her surname as Dalyngridge and proposes her to be daughter of "Sir Edward (Walter?) Dalyngrude, Kt. (of Beddington, England, 1372-1398) and Margaret Chamond (1376- ; daughter of John Chamond); this site also reports that Philippa m. (2) Sir Thomas Lewknor (1392-1452).
