He was born in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, the son of the late Lester A. Billman, and resided in the Carlisle area most of his life. He was a member of Faith Chapel, superintendent of the Sunday school, a graduate of Carlisle High School, Class of 1950, and served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He was employed by AMP, Inc., Harrisburg. He is survived by his wife, Marlene Hosier Billman, three sons, Timothy B. Billman and Curt A. Billman, at home, and Kevin S. Billman, with the Air Force, Okinawa; a daughter, Mrs. Kelley R. Merris, 1017 West Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg; his mother, Mrs. Anna Lutz Billman, Carlisle; three brothers, Chester W. Billman, Carlisle, John H. Billman, Big Spring Heights, Newville, and Robert L. Billman, RD Beach Creek, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. Sharon L. Kunkel, RD1 Boiling Springs; and two grandsons."
