Enterline, a veteran of the Spanish-American War, died in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Roy Alcorn, in Worthville, Tuesday at the age of 69 years after a two months' illness. The deceased was born in Sprankle Mills a son of Daniel and Margaret Mauk Enterline, June 18, 1875, and was united in marriage to Edith Myers 41 years ago. She died in 1924. A miner by trade, he had spent his entire life in the Worthville section of the county and was held in high esteem. His death is sincerely mourned. He is survived by the following daughters and sons: Mrs. Roy Alcorn, of Worthville; Mrs. John Orr, of Shannondale; Mrs. Reynold Sowers and Mrs. Lloyd Lingenfelter, of Timblin; James Enterline, of Punxsutawney, and Samuel, of Fort Custer, Mich., George D., of Camp Maxie, Texas, and Raymond, in England, in the service of their country. Four brothers and one sister are also living: Stanley, of Indiana; Webster, of Brookville; Isaac, of Kittanning; Gleason, of Hebron, O.; Fred, of Ridgway, and Mrs. George Meade, of Akron, O. Nineteen grandchildren survive." John is son of Daniel Bitterman Enterline (1847-1902) & Margaret Mauk (1852-1922).

Minnie and Albert (James) share a headstone at Werner Chapel Cemetery. This information is from Werner Chapel Cemetery records. The stones are so worn that they cannot be read. I have found information stating that Minnietta's birth date is August 24, 1869. I am unable to confirm which date is correct. I have October 29, 1969. Neither date works out correctly with age at death from death records.

From 1968-1970, Janet taught remedial reading at Boynton Junior High School in Ithaca, New York. Upon returning to Maine where Wallace was on the faculty at the University of Maine, Janet taught school for twenty years in Bangor, Maine. Upon retirement Janet and Wallace moved to Madbury, NH. For several years Janet was on the Board of Managers at the Wentworth Home in Dover. She was a member of the Community Church of Durham in which she was an active member. Janet is survived by her husband; three daughters; Susan Dunham Smolinsky and her husband Dr. Lawrence Smolinsky of Baton Rouge, LA; Cynthia Dyer and her husband Donald of East Falmouth, MA; and Carol Anne Vaicunas and her husband Raymond Vaicunas of Randolph, NJ; four grandchildren Rachael and Luke Vaicunas and Nathan and Alyssa Dyer; her sister Carolyn of Montpelier, VT."
