The 1880 census of Dover, Fulton Co., OH lists a Michael Caul [sic], age 63, farmer, as head of household, with with Catharine (age 50) and Ida Jewell (age 12) - and shows Michael b. in PA and his wife and Ida b. in OH - this Catharine is no doubt wife of Sarah Jewell's brother, John, and had remarried.
