She was born in Castine, Maine, to parents, Inez and Henry Witham. She was predeceased by two of her siblings; and husband, Aaron LaBree in 2010. He was the love of her life. They spent 23 wonderful years together in Dunedin. She is survived by three children, Linda Ford, Cathy Bourgon and Brian LaBree, and their spouses Mike Ford, John Bourgon and Deni LaBree. She was a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren, Melissa, Adam, Heather, Erica, April, Morgan and Catherine; and ten great-grandchildren, Michael, Emma, Aaliyah, Dawson, Shae, Bennett, Ranger, Mattson, Palmer and Ryker. She is survived by two siblings, Ruby Parker of Waldoboro and Walter Witham of Penobscot. Frances was fortunate to have many caring friends and was loved by all who knew her. Known for her creativity and talent in beautiful card making which are treasured by those who received them. A celebration of life will be held November 23, 2024, at Lake Highlander, Dunedin, Florida."
