(Capt) Coombs was born on November 19, 1795, in Islesboro, Maine, his father, Jesse, was 43 and his mother, Hannah, was 23. He married Wealthy Trim on November 12, 1813, in Hancock, Maine. They had 11 children in 24 years. He died on June 5, 1849, in Bucksport, Maine, at the age of 53, and was buried there."
[43546] Find A Grave memorial 20991559 offers: "Christian Hursh III was the son of Christian Hursh (1776-1823) and Frances or Fanny Herr (1774-1867). He was the second of nine children. He was married May 26, 1836 in Wayne County to Anna Nancy Martin. In 1840 Christian Hursh was a resident of Green Township, Wayne County, Ohio. At time of death Christian was age 63 years and 8 days. Herald of Truth, June 1866, Volume III, No. 6, page 52: 'On the 14th of April, in Wayne Co., Ohio, Bro. Christian Hursh, aged 63 years and 8 days. He was buried on the 16th. He leaves a wife and eight children to mourn their loss. Funeral addresses were delivered by Pre.____Shoemaker, a minister of the Tunker Brethren, in English at the house of mourning, and by Bro. Henry Beery in German at the meeting-house. Bro. Hursh gradually wasted away with a lingering disease. I visited him in February. He seemed to bear patiently the afflicting hand of Providence, manifesting a desire to reach that better Country, and requested me also to pray for him. We hope his sufferings are ended, and that he is now resting from his labors. - J.M. Brenneman'."

[7859] Larry's obituary: "Larry P. Huston, 69, of Westerville, Ohio died suddenly Monday, July 30th at his home. He was born August 1, 1937 in Adario, Ohio son of G. Leo and Oris Huston. Larry graduated from Savannah High School in 1955 as valedictorian of his class. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy in 1960 and served as Senior Class President. He was a four year starter on the OSU basketball teams and served as team captain in 1959. He tipped off the first game at St. John Arena in 1957, and some of his high school and college basketball records still stand. After his graduation from OSU, he worked several years in retail pharmacy before he returned to school and earned his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Kansas University in 1974. As a talented musician, Larry often entertained family and friends with his accordion and piano playing. He provided music for his wife's first grade's annual Oktoberfest for 25 years. Larry worshipped at Karl Road Baptist Church where he often served as a greeter. Above all he was a loving husband and father, a caring grandfather and a loyal friend. His laughter and sense of humor will be sorely missed. Larry is survived by his wife, Laurie Meyers Huston, his high school sweetheart, whom he married on August 11, 1957. He is also survived by his mother, Oris Huston; and his sister, Norma (Lorrell) Mast, both of Wadsworth; his daughter, Sharon (Dale) Thompson of Columbus; his son, Jeff (Sally) Huston of Westerville; and six grandchildren, Eric, Christian and Victoria Thompson, Kelly, Jamie and Steven Huston)."
