The descendants of Anna and Joshua are detailed in "The Grindle Family of Hancock County, Maine" (1978), Part II; they had ten children, all registered at Sedgwick, ME - Anna and Joshua r. on the western side of the Bagaduce River (estuary) in North Brooksville (then part of Sedgwick). Joshua was taken prisoner by the British and held captive in Castine (1779).

[9282] Andrew is son of Nicholas Loy and Mary Catharine Kuhn. Historic Fort Robinson was on his father's farm, which he later farmed (having bought out his brother George M. Loy). In 1835 Andrew was commissioned a Captain in the PA State Militia. His residence was near the Centre Presbyterian Church (where he was a member) and was built by his father in 1807 and rebuilt by Andrew in 1838-9. Andrew m. (2) in 1861 Ann Eliza Linn (buried with him). Findagrave.com offers: "Captain Andrew Loy, who was commissioned a captain of the Pennsylvania militia by Governor Wolfe in 1835, died at his residence in Madison township at one o'clock Monday afternoon. He was born in Tyrone township, April 9, 1816 before the county was separated from Cumberland county,(1820) and was a son of Nicholas Loy, a member of one of the oldest families of that part of Perry county. He was for many years one of the most prominent citizens of his neighborhood, and one of its successful farmers. He was married in 1835 to Maria Wormley, of Toboyne township. She dying in 1858, Mr. Loy married in 1861, Ann Eliza Linn, who still surivies. From these marriages thirteen children were born. From the first wife there survive John Loy, of Chicago; Mrs. Ann West, of Kansas; Samuel Loy, of Spring township; Mrs. Margaret D. Bixler, of Blain; George W. Loy, of Loysville. The surviving children of the second marriage are: Linn L. Loy, of Minnesota; William Loy of Carlisle; Mrs. Mary Wilson, of Landisburg, and Edwin R. Loy, at homestead.
