In 2018 https://www.geni.com/people/Robert-Beckwith-I-of-Clint-and-Thorpe offers different dates, etc. Also see http://www.davinciknight.com/Genealogy_page5.html which states: "He left an only son Robert Beckwith of Clint and Thorp whose will was dated October 16th, 1536 and was proved March 24th 1537 - He married Lennet - and had issue 1st Robert who died young 2nd Marmaduke Beckwith of Clint and Dacre who sold the manor of Clint - that had been in the family since 1226 and bought the manor of Feather - Stone and Aeton in Yorkshire. He married twice and by his first wife Anne, daughter of Danly of Bramhope. County York he had ten children, his second wife was Ellen daughter of William Style of Haddochson, county York. His children were 1st Thomas, 2nd William, 3rd Roger, 4th Syman of Pontefract (in England pronounced Pomfret) who was married at Featherstone in 1580 to Catherine Austurcke of Pontefract, 5th Jane married John Thorp 1635, 6th Alice married Robert Banister, 7th Graver married John Novield, 8th Anne 9th Matthew, 10th Catherine. Of there children Thomas the eldest inherited Acton, and married Frances daughter and heiress of William Frost of Acton and had three sons, Thomas, William, and Marmaduke, baptised in 1573." Cf. He was born in Brooksville, Jan. 16, 1891 the son of Eugene S. and Maud (Blodgett) Snow. Mr. Snow went to sea on coastal schooners in his early years and was a carpenter and cabinet maker in the Brooksville, Bucksport, Bangor and Brewer areas for many years. He was a member of the Rainbow Grange of North Brooksville and skippered for many years in the retired skippers race, Casine, having last raced as the oldest skipper in 1981. He was predeceased by his wife, Bernice (Gray) Snow, in 1965. Mr. Snow is survived by one son, I. Frank Snow of Brooksville; two daughters, Mrs. Leroy (Nettie) Leach of Penobscot, Mrs. James (Evangeline) Peasley, Sr. of Brooksville one brother, Harvey Snow, one sister, Mrs. Inez Fogg, both of Belfast; eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews."
