Wheeler officiating. He was the son of Robert and Belinda Willey, a direct descendant of Ichabod Willey, one of the first settlers of this town and was a lifelong resident. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ella Willey; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Haycock, Mrs. Bernice Schoppee, Mrs. Fannie Morse, and Mrs. Belinda Dorr; two sons, William of Boston and Bion of Cherryfield; a sister, Mrs. Frances Willey and several grandchildren. He was for many years a member of Cherryfleld Grange."
