He waa born in Brooksvllle April 22, 1866, son of Seth B. and Abigail (Wasson) Blodgett. Mr. Blodgett was a member of the West Brooksvllle Congregational church; a past grand of Governor Brooks lodge, IOOF, and a 65-year member of the lodge; a charter member of the Bagaduce Masonic lodge; first worthy patron of Bagaduce Order of the Eastern Star. He was an undertaker in Brooksville for 30 years. Mr. Blodgett is survived by a daughter, Lena Parker of Stonington; four sons, Seth, William, Lewis and Dwight, all of Brooksvllle; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren."
