[46005] "The Elizabethville Echo [Elizabethville, PA], 12 February 1953," p. 1: "Dr. Allen Z. Ritzman, physician and X-ray specialist, of Harrisburg, died suddenly on Friday, at the age of 67 years. Dr. Ritzman was a son of the late Aaron and Amelia (Laudenslager) Ritzman, and was a former resident of Gratz. He was a graduate of Albright College and the Medico Chi Medical School, and after serving his intership at the Harrisburg Hospital, entered the practice of medicine in that city and was a consultant radiologist for the Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg Hospital and the Harrisburg Clinic. Dr. Ritzman was a member of the Pine Street Presbyterian Chinch, Perseverance Lodge, Free and Accepted Masons, Harrisburg Consistory and Zembo Temple, the Harrisburg Central YMCA and Harrisburg Chamber of Commerce. He was also a member of the Diplomate American Board of Radiology; the American Rotengen Ray Society; the Radiological Society of North America, American Medical Association and the Medical Societies of Pennsylvania and Dauphin County. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Lottie V. Ritzman, one daughter, Charlotte, at home; a nephew and several nieces. Services were held from the Charles C. Baker Funeral Home, Harrisburg Tuesday afternoon. Rev. Louis F. Hutchins officiated and interment was made in the Harrisburg Cemetery."
