Born in Rockport, she was a daughter of Charles and Annie L. Anderson Small, and graduated from Rockport High School in 1919. She then attended a business school in Rockland. On Jan. 24, 1921, she married Charles A. Marston, who died on March 20, 1977. Mrs. Marston worked for many years in the Knox Woolen Mill here. She was a life member and past matron of Harbor Light Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, in Rockport. She had been member of the former Women's Relief Corps. She attended the West Rockport Baptist Church. Surviving are three sons, Ralph Marston, and Kenneth Marston, both of Camden, and Maurice Marston of Dover, Del.; two daughters, Beatrice Phillips of New Gloucester, Helen Chater of Camden; a brother, Cecil Small of Whitinsville, Mass.; 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and three great-great- grandchildren."
