[9674] "The Perry County Times [New Blooomfield, PA], 6 June 1940", p. 12: "Mrs. Adda Wallace died at her home near Meck's Corner, Wednesday night, May 29, 1940. Mrs. Wallace, who was 81 years old, was a daughter of Andrew S. and Rebecca Briner Loy and was born at Andersonburg. Surviving her are her husband, Ira Wallace; two sons, Andrew Wallace, Lemoyne; Elmer, Hummelstown ; two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Shearer, at home; Mrs. Laura Fox, Duncannon, R. D. ; nine grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Alice Franz, of West Chester, and a half-brother, Elmer Loy, of this place. The deceased was a member of Snyder's United Brethren Church and of the Sunday School. Funeral services were held Saturday at the residence at 2 p. m., with further services in the church at 2:30 p. m., her pastor, the Rev. J. S. Stambach, officiating. Burial was made in the church cemetery."

Rinehart, died in Woodlawn Nursing Home Wednesday morning after a long illness. Mrs. Rinehart was born in West Virginia, June 6, 1891, and had lived in this area since she was an infant. She was a charter member of the Ontario United Methodist Church and the Sandusky Township Community Club, and belonged to the United Methodist Women's Club and the Richland County Farm Bureau Assn. Surviving are three sons, Oliver of 1145 Lexwood Rd., E. Jay of Galion, RD 1 and L. Vaughn of Statesville, N. C; three daughters, Mrs. Warren (Sylva) Eckstein of Crestline, RD 2, Mrs. Robert (Alice) Walker of 719 Earick Rd., and Mrs. Robert (llo) Burger of 3735 Park Avenue West, 19 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren."
