[49688] Sylvina is daughter of John Mitchell (1797-1895) & Margaret Nash (1797-1834).
[57004] "The Bangor Daily News [Bangor, Maine]," 17 February 2012: "Hermn and Brewer - Ethel Alice (Moore) Hatch, 85, beloved mother and grandmother, died peacefully Feb. 15, 2012, after a brief chronic illness. She was born March 22, 1926, in Brewer, the daughter of Lewis and Marion (McDougall) Moore. She attended local schools in Brewer and Bangor. On April 12, 1947, Ethel married her beloved husband Charles Ernest 'Charlie' Hatch. They were married for 63 years until Charlie's death Nov. 24, 2010. When Charlie retired their summer days were spent exploring the Maine Coast. After Charlie's death Ethel became a resident of Woodlands Assisted Living of Brewer, where she happily spent her days playing cards with her new friends. Ethel was employed by the Eastern Corp., Brewer, Freese's department store and several local shoe factories. She was an active member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, serving as a greeter and in the funeral ministry. Surviving are two sons, Charles F. Hatch of Hermon and William E. Hatch and his wife, Linda, of Brewer; grandchildren, Aaron C. Hatch and his wife, Shannon, of Provo, Utah, Ryan M. Hatch and his wife, Kristen, and Scott S. Hatch and his wife, Erin, all of Bangor; great-grandchildren, Auston Hatch, Italia Hatch and Chancey Hatch of Provo, Utah, and Olivia M. Hatch and Lauryn E. Hatch of Bangor; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father and mother; sisters, Mary and Catherine; and brother, Robert Moore."
