She had at least 1 son with Grover Cleveland Farnsworth. She lived in Birmingham, Oakland, Michigan, United States for about 15 years. She died on 6 December 1979, in Clearwater, Pinellas, Florida, United States, at the age of 81, and was buried in Humility Cemetery, Liberty, Florida, United States." Find A Grave memorial 234872417 provides her burial place and offers: "According to the 1915 New York State Census, Maymie Pawlik was 17 years old and resided with her mother, Placyda Pawlik, a 38 year old widow residing at 634 Richmond Avenue in Syracuse, New York. Placyda was born in 'Poland-Russia' about 1877, residing in the U.S. 23 years. Her occupation was storekeeper. In addition to Mayme, residing with her were other children: Hattie, 19 years old; Salome, 13; Adam, 11; Alphons, 9; Virginia, 5. Hattie and Mayme were employed as clerks."
