Beaver, 70, 21 Walnut street, died suddenly at his home last evening. He was a member of the Centenary United Brethren Church, Camp 8, Spanish-American War Veterans, Sons and Daughters of Liberty, Lodge 158, and the Citizens Fire Company. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Iva Hart, at home; one sister Mrs. Eva Blubaker, Meadeville, and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Lee G. Wilt funeral home, 112 North Harrisburg street, with the Rev. Harry W. Deavens, pastor of the Centenary United Brethren Church, officiating. Burial will be in Oberlin Cemetery." During the Spanish-American War he was a Pvt., Co. K, 15th PA Infantry.
