Born in Milbridge, Maine, came here 9 years ago from Birmingham, Mich. He was a retired chief metallurgist with General Motors. Veteran of World War I. Member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Survived by wife, Mayme, Largo; 1 son. Dr. G. J. Farnsworth, San Francisco, Calif. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated Saturday, March 8 at St. Patrick's Church. Largo at 11 a.m., with the Rev. John M. McCall, pastor officiating. Interment will follow in Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park. A prayer service will be held Friday at 8 p.m. at the Hubbell Funeral Home. Friends may call Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Member St. Patrick's Catholic Church, and Pinecrest Golf Club, both in Largo; Society of American Engineers and life member American Society of Metals. Survived by his wife, Mayme, Largo, a son, Dr. G. J. Farnsworth, San Francisco, Calif."
