Bob worked at Dexter Shoe for many years, leaving for a short time to work for Foley Boot and then returned to Dexter Shoe until it closed. For the last 12 years, he worked at Moosehead Trail Trading Post until ill health forced him to retire. Bob was a huge family man who shared his love of the outdoors with his family. He especially enjoyed hunting and fishing with his son, granddaughters, and friends. He was an avid reader. When he wasn't outside, you would often find him with a book in his hand. He was a loyal New York Giants fan or any team that beat the Patriots. He enjoyed a good game of cribbage with his buddies every week, and big family dinners every Sunday night.
