Jacob Osgood of Blue Hill, ME), Lucy (1786), Sally (1788-1846), Benjamin (1789, died young), Rebecca (1790-1838, m. Joseph Lunt, pioneer of Brooksville), Robert (1792-1863, m. Eliza Condon), Thomas (1794, m. Polly Wentworth), William S. (1796), Peletiah (1797), Elsy (1799, m. John Lymburner and Gersham Varnum), Mary (1801), Job (1803), John (1805), Luther (1808), Nancy (1811) and Joel (1814). "Traditions and Record of Brooskville, Maine" (Camden, Maine, 1974), p. 55: "His ancestors came from Tor Bay and Devonshire, England, to Massachusetts about 1640. Peletiah married Sally Stover and they lived on the farm now owned by Milly Tapley, a great granddaughter. They had sixteen children...."
