She died at Braintree 11 Oct 1675 (as "Mistress Ann Thompson). Simon's parents, Thomas & Jane (Sotheron) Crosby, came to New England about 1638 & settled initially in Cambridge. She was a kind, loving soul who gave everything and asked for nothing. She was born February 23, 1922, in Orland, Maine, to William D. and Dora D. (Dunbar) Ingalls. Beverly graduated from Bangor High School in 1940. During World War II, she served her country as a civilian employee at Dow Air Force Base in Bangor. Later, she was a U.S. Customs Service Agent in Bangor and Calais, Maine. After retiring, she enjoyed warm summer days, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. Beverly was predeceased by her parents, her husband of 64 years, Donald W. McKinnon, Sr., and a nephew, Arthur R. Tilley, Jr. She is survived by her two sons, Donald W. McKinnon, Jr. and his wife, Jessica (Fellows) McKinnon of Bangor and Andrew Ian McKinnon and his wife, Helen (Qualey) McKinnon, also of Bangor and their sons, Ian Andrew, Devon William, and Regan Qualey McKinnon; a cousin, Ronald Dunbar of Wyncote, PA; a sister-in-law, Harriet (McKinnon) Tilley and her husband, Arthur Tilley, Sr. of Bangor, and their children, Anne (Tilley) Lambergs, and her family, Matthew Tilley and his family; a niece, Victoria (Lovering) Henke and her husband, David Henke of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, and their children, Cathy Henke, Cindy Kallstrom, Dan Henke, Chris Henke and their families."
